Maplewood of Cheshire County is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our amazing rehab team.

40 hours Monday to Friday – starting rate is $38.07 – 49.90 Experience is considered when setting rate of pay.

Maplewood is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in our newly renovated and expanded facility. This position works under the guidance of the Director of Rehab to provide evaluation and treatment of residents of the nursing home and assisted living facility.  Maplewood offers manageable caseloads allowing time to provide quality care for our residents and meet their needs. Maplewood’s not for profit status enables therapists the freedom of establishing treatment plans based on residents’ needs versus corporate goals. Quality care and teamwork are prioritized. This position allows one the opportunity to serve as a member of the Falls Committee, assist in supervision of staff and work as a team member with all other departments.  Setting up maintenance programs for our PT Aide and working with the Rehabilitation Technician to make sure each resident has the correct equipment are some of the ways our team helps make sure Maplewood residents maintain their highest level of function in addition to providing skilled physical therapy services.
