Currently offering $2,000 sign on bonus for full time (pro-rated for part-time)

Starting rate is $20.97 (**with previous experience rates will be considered)

Available full-time shifts:   

•  3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, every other weekend
• 11:00pm – 7:00am, every other weekend
• Weekend Baylor – 24 hrs. paid for 30 ( ALL SHIFTS)
• Per Diem available as well

Under the supervision of the LPN Charge Nurse or Staff Nurse, provides basic resident care and assists with the maintenance of the unit environment.

Follows facility policies and procedures and the standards of the Nurse Practice Act of New Hampshire

Duties include the following:

Receives and gives report regarding assigned residents.

Performs direct and indirect resident care.

Carries out and completes assignments as directed.

Provides report to Supervisor at end of shift.

Must be detail-oriented and dependable and registered as an LNA by the State of New Hampshire.
