Starting pay is $38.93 up to $52.00 based on experience **
Prior experience may be considered when setting rate of pay
GENERAL SUMMARY:
· Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, responsible for performing clinical and administrative duties on assigned floor.
·Supports the Nurse Manager in maintaining standards of resident care and maintaining policies and protocols to meet OBRA regulations for long term care.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
·Accepts and gives shift report.
·Communicates unit problems and needs to the Nurse Manager, RN Supervisor or LPN Charge Nurse.
·Make rounds to evaluate the status of residents and determine resource needs.
·Performs resident assessments.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:
·Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Hampshire.
·Must be thoroughly oriented to all facility policies and agree to comply with all facility policies.
·Must attend mandatory in-services and retain registration with the State of New Hampshire.
