Windows Server 2022 Standard – 16 Core License Packs (Perpetual)
Windows Server 2022 CALs
To: All Interested Vendors,
You are invited to submit a formal proposal (bid) for Windows Server 2022 Standard – 16 Core License Packs (Perpetual) and Windows Server 2022 CALs for Cheshire County.
Sealed proposals from bidders will be received by Cheshire County IT Department, 12 Court Street, Keene, NH 03431 until 3:00 P.M. local time, on Friday, January 26, 2024, at which time and place all proposals received will be opened. Your presence is not required for consideration of award. Notification to the winning bidder will take place the week of January 29, 2024.
Proposals may be mailed or delivered to the attention of Robert Hummel at the above address. Emailed proposals are preferred. Emailed proposals will only be deemed accepted for consideration upon delivery of a confirmation email from rhummel@co.cheshire.nh.us to vendor’s email indicating receipt of proposal. If vendor does not receive confirmation of receipt of proposal via email, vendor should consider proposal not to have been delivered.
Cheshire County reserves right to postpone bid opening to later the same day beyond original due date/time in event of delay of mail services. Once time has been called and the first proposal has been opened, any proposals received thereafter will be ignored. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of receipt of bid. Cheshire County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in bidding.
Delivered items under this contract shall consist of an initial quantity of Windows 2022 Standard 16-core License Packs (license keys) and an initial quantity of Windows 2022 User and Device CALs delivered under the CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program. Software Assurance is not included in this request. All licensing shall be delivered for the quoted price to 12 Court Street, Keene, NH, and shall include all shipping and handling charges. Electronic delivery proposal options shall include any program/portal setup and associated fees. The delivery date for items under this contract shall be established by Cheshire County; no items shall be shipped prior to this date.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cheshire County seeks competitive bids for Windows Server 2022 Standard – 16 Core License Packs (Perpetual) and Windows Server 2022 CALs per the specific criteria to follow.
All products must be new and unused, and licensable per Microsoft’s standard terms and conditions.
Licenses will be delivered under the CSP program by a qualified partner participating in the CSP program.
In all cases, delivery time for the complete order will be established by Cheshire County.
A fixed-price award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Vendors are urged to submit their best and final offer because no negotiations will take place after offers are received. No product substitutions will be accepted.
A purchase order will be issued for the equipment. Cheshire County pays for all equipment charges in arrears. Cheshire County is a tax exempt entity. A tax exemption certificate equivalent can be provided if necessary.
