Cheshire County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a highly organized, outgoing individual to join our team. This full-time, benefitted position will be responsible for administrative duties in a busy, fast-paced office. Duties include answering multi-line telephone, responding to inquiries in person, setting up and tracking civil process papers, communicating with Deputies via radio, processing weekly payroll and all other duties as required/requested.
Ideal candidates must be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Requires ability to maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with a wide variety of people.
Pay range starting at $20.36 based on experience. Benefits include: health, dental & life insurance, vacation and sick time, 11 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and participation in NH Retirement System with a county contribution of 14%.
