*Update as of October 15th 2024: County Conversations now has 8 episodes for viewing/listening!
Cheshire County has consistently prioritized transparency and community engagement by actively sharing our story and the workings of County government. For nearly a decade, the County Administrator hosted a radio show on WKBK that provided an open forum for discussions, allowing residents to engage directly with local government issues. This tradition of openness continues today, with our Commissioners’ meetings and Cheshire County Delegation meetings now being broadcast live via Zoom, recorded, and made accessible on our website.
In our ongoing efforts to connect with the community, we recently launched a podcast titled *County Conversations with Chris Coates*. The podcast serves as a platform to discuss various aspects of County government as well various community members and programs. We currently have five episodes available on our website, each offering a deeper look into the workings of our County and our community.
The podcast is recorded live on Facebook every Thursday, unless otherwise noted. We invite all residents to join us in these conversations, as we believe that informed and engaged citizens are crucial to the success of our community. Through these initiatives Cheshire County remains committed to fostering transparency, education, and open dialogue with the public.
