Public Hearings Notice, County of Cheshire, Community Development Block Grants

The Cheshire County Commissioners will hold two public hearings on September 23, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at 12 Court Street, Keene, NH 03431 in the second-floor conference room. The purpose of these public hearings is to discuss and hear public comment on current, ongoing projects sponsored by the County of Cheshire under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Projects scheduled to hold public hearings include 1) Microenterprise Technical Assistance Program, and 2) Maplewood Water Treatment Planning Grant.
Interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the projects. Please contact Cheshire County at (603) 352-8215 or via Relay NH at 800-735-2964 five days in advance if you need assistance to attend or participate in the hearing. Anyone wishing to submit written comments should address them to Cheshire County Commissioners, 12 Court Street, Keene, NH 03431 or email dbernstein@co.cheshire.nh.us.
