MEETING NOTICE

The Executive Committee will hold a meeting at the County Hall Building, Delegation Hall, second floor, at 12 Court Street, Keene, NH at 9:30 AM. The purpose of the Executive Committee meeting is the following:

  1. To conduct the 2ndquarter budget review.
  2. To review the Union Vote of AFSCME Maplewood Nursing Home Employees contract and to recommend ratification of the contract to the Delegation.
  3. To discuss a Capital Lease vote as per RSA 33:7-e – Lease Agreements of Equipment for the Sheriff Dispatch Upgrade project.
  4. To present budget amendment recommendations to the Executive Committee due to the receipt of ProShare Funds, Capital Lease, and other necessary amendments.
  5. To discuss any other matters to come before the Cheshire County Executive Committee.

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at the County Hall Building Delegation Hall, second floor, at 12 Court Street, Keene, NH. The purpose of this public hearing is for the following:

To receive public comment on a supplemental appropriation to the 2022 County budget for receipt and recommended uses of the Pro Share, ARPA, and other budget amendments as well as a Capital Lease not to exceed $2,246,724 pursuant to the provisions of RSA 33:7-e to finance the Sheriff’s Dispatch infrastructure upgrade.

PUBLIC MEETING

Immediately following the public hearing, there will be a meeting of the Cheshire County Delegation for the following purposes:

  1. To vote on a Capital Lease not to exceed $2,246,724 pursuant to the provisions of NH RSA 33:7-e Lease Agreements of Equipment for the purpose of financing the Sheriff’s Dispatch infrastructure upgrade.
  2. To review and ratify the Union Vote of AFSCME Maplewood Nursing Home Employees contract.
  3.
