Cheshire County is currently hiring for a full-time Recovery Coach in our Drug Court Program.

This dynamic position will be responsible for assisting Drug Court participants in developing recovery-oriented skills, establishing healthy activities of daily living and community integration.  This position is a combination of working both in an office and community settings.  Valid drivers’ license required.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:  Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) designation or working towards designation within 6 months of hire; knowledge of substance use treatment, recovery coaching, 12-step/self-help meetings, multiple pathways of recovery, the ability to support people engaged in medically assisted treatment and recovery, and other mental health/co-occurring disorders required.  Life experience preferred.
