EMS Staff Development Coordinator

The Cheshire County Emergency Medical Services (CCEMS) is hiring for a part-time Staff Development Coordinator.  This position will be responsible for identifying, developing and conducting educational programs for employees of CCEMS and will be directly responsible for conducting and/or coordinating the orientation program for new employees; coordinating and/or conducting annual mandatory continuing educational programs as required by the State of NH Department of Safety, Division of Fire Standards and Training & Emergency Medical Services and the National Association of EMTs.  This position is part-time at 20 hours per week.

Candidates should possess licensure by the State of NH as well as national certification as a Paramedic or ability to attain within 3 months and at least 7 years experience in education/instruction.  Additionally candidate should have current BLS and ACLS certifications and Instructor Coordinator status or ability to attain within two months.
